Privacy Policy
1. Information We Process
We aim to minimize the collection of personal data. The App primarily processes the bookkeeping data you enter and uses system permissions or third-party services only when you enable relevant features.

Note: The App does not require account registration and does not collect contacts, SMS, or other unrelated data.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and improve bookkeeping, analytics, sync, and app lock features;
- To respond to feedback emails if you contact us;
- To invoke system capabilities (e.g., iCloud, Face ID) when you enable them.
3. iCloud / Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your data may be synced across your devices through Apple iCloud/CloudKit. This service is provided by Apple and subject to Apple’s policies.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these situations:
- Third-party services you choose: such as Apple iCloud/CloudKit and App Store purchases.
- Legal requirements: to comply with applicable law, court orders, or government requests.
5. Security
- Passcodes used for “passcode unlock” are stored as non-reversible hashes in the system Keychain.
- Biometric authentication is handled by the OS; we do not access raw biometric data.
- We take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices
- You can revoke permissions (Location, Face ID, etc.) in iOS Settings.
- You can enable/disable iCloud sync in the App (disabling stops further syncing).
- You may uninstall the App to remove local data; iCloud-stored data is managed via Apple iCloud settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 14. If you believe we inadvertently processed a child’s information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
